  20. big problem with 1204 VJ - at leats big to me

    to make a long story short - magenta quit printing. my wife asked the pertinent question - is the ink cartridge emty. it seemed to be and the sensor/warning beep never told us. I replaced the cartridge. do I have to do anything to suck the magenta into the line? will head cleaning do it...
