Chris from Graphic Resource Systems helped with a flexisign problem (actually a Sentinel Key software problem). He spent the better part of an hour with me. The thing is, this was not his responsibility. They sold me a Mutoh VJ 1624 printer. Great machine in my shop - we love it. They went above and beyond the call of duty!
