It 'will' remove the paint, if the decal is ever removed, (if it actually adheres in the first place). If it's not a matte finish, it doesn't look good on a interior wall. When your customer decides it's too shiny, and wants it replaced with matte finish, someone will have some wall repairs.

The stuff from Thailand is only about 1 x 2 inches. I've used some on small projects, it's very brilliant, just small. Maybe that's why it's so economical.

It's mainly the new 'stain resistant' paints. They're adding either teflon, or silicon, in the mixture. It resist stains, and also vinyl. VOCs, don't really have much to do with it, that's just so they can claim the paints are 'greener'.. GO GREEN!
