  2. Mutoh 1304 - Maintenance Station?

Hrmm... lots of parts and good pricing here http://www.inks-factory.com/manufacturer.php?id_manufacturer=16
  3. FlexiSign Cutting Registration Marks - Move out?

That won't work since I'm using Production Manager to do the copies. It would be a bit of a pain in the butt to do 800 of something in the design file itself. I did it this way... worked great :thumb:
  4. FlexiSign Cutting Registration Marks - Move out?

See... there's an idea I like!
  5. FlexiSign Cutting Registration Marks - Move out?

Making the layout space larger does not make the registration marks move. They are printed based on the artwork on the layout space itself. In the tile tab, if you adjust the margins, it does not move the registration marks. And if you "resize", the entire layout re-sizes. I think I'll have...
  6. FlexiSign Cutting Registration Marks - Move out?

BTW... I'm using the Graphtec Type 1 Automatic registration marks, if that matters.
  7. FlexiSign Cutting Registration Marks - Move out?

Is there a way to move the Registration Marks further outside the print then the standard distance? I'm doing a contour cut/print job on clear, but the clear needs to be faced with a solid color vinyl BEFORE the contour cut job. If I can move the alignment marks far enough away from the...
  8. Printed fabric for X stand

Which fabric are you talking about? I guess latex fabric might be different too.
  9. Floor graphics

I would say it depends on the floor surface, and how long it needs to be down/last. We've had good luck with a variety of materials and laminates, just depends on the application
  10. Why I didnt make it to sgia...

    Congrats!
  11. Reviews on the Mutoh 1324?

I have the 1304 and it's been a good machine... can't speak for the 1324 specifically.
  12. Do you use QR codes?

We have and still do use them.... I would say mostly on the back of many customers business cards for their contact information, or a link to a mobile business card. Also on some signs, like real estate signs, some posters and banners, etc.
  13. Automatic Grommet Machine

    Something like these? http://www.edwardsegalinc.com/index.cfm?PG=1&level=17&sid=0
  14. Screw you 3M.

Not interested in dealing with 3M or their products
  15. Full and Partial Wraps this week

Not sure, as I said... that print/material was provided to us, so we just instaled. I agree... thanks :thumb:
  16. Full and Partial Wraps this week

First one (Xterra) we just installed for a national account... was 180CV3 (ick!) and provided as 15' horizontal panels (for the sides of course) Second we designed, produced, etc. using 3751RA (lovely!) On the 2012 F150.
  17. Screw you 3M.

FYI... did 2 wraps this week so far, 1 was done with customer supplied 180cv3 and 1 we did completely in house with 3751RA. No comparison.... I can't stand the 3M product. This just reinforced that.
  18. Screw you 3M.

We started on a wrap install today (we are installing only) and the material provided was all 3M. I have to say... I really HATE using that material over my regular Oracal. It just seems so flimsy, stretches too easy, leaves small imperfections in the material, doesn't air release as well, etc.
  19. HP Latex Printing Technology - Busting Myths About Latex Printing

Have you guys seen discoloration in prints when doing wraps and having to stretch material? Seems like that is a bigger problem with latex then solvent.
