I loaded the paper, lowered the pinch wheels. I don't have a sheet button I don't think. I have to have the printer turned off to get to service mode.
I am able to get service mode but it says "SETUP SHEET" if I press the menu button I am able to get to to the TEST PATTERN FILL but when I press enter it says"SHEET NOT LOADED, SETUP SHEET. I have vinyl loaded in the printer but cant get past this. What am I missing?
yes I read what you said and tried changing a color sample to RGB and still printed wrong colors. I'm going to try again tomorrow. I appreciate your help.
Latest findings.
I ran a printer test print through the function menu and it came out pretty nice.
I made a file with a program called Inkscape witch is a free program similar to Illustrator and printed 6 1/2" squares with colors. Black, red, yellow, green and 2 blues. I then ran that file...
I got the black printing real nice and black by going into Quaity/ Color management/Properties and checking on preserve primary color. Blue is still purple
