I have a roll of 3M 40C-10R vinyl and cant find a printer profile on Roland's site. They show a IJ40-10R. Is this close enough or is there somewhere else I should look. Thanks for any help.

I assume finger prints are from me touching the vinyl while loading? Should the vinyl be wiped down with something before printing? I will have to do some checking on the alignment issue. Here are the pictures Bias, VerticalHorizontal

My local technician says by looking at these pictures I emailed him that he thinks one or a combination of these issues, print head (cyan), head cable, long trailing cables, print carriage board or main board. I am also see some bleed or shadowing on things that use cyan? Any ideas?
