We do these all the time if you are looking for cheap and easy just buy 1x4 cedar attach it to the building and then screw the sign to the wood.

you can buy a led swap kit that takes a littel bit of wiring. We just switched out a ton of them with 4 bulb t5 high bays. about 250 bucks per fixture. Much nicer light and way cheaper to operate.

Every time it happens after we cancel printing it performs an automatic head maintenance and the nozzle check is perfect. My suspicion is cleaning fills the head back with ink. We are getting No errors

we do have the ink leaking out so I will check the washer when it stops. We have found we can still print large banners if we print on indoor. So we are still priningt but a 8 x 50 takes FOREVER in indoor signage. Ill check both next time it stops. thanks for the advice.

I had noticed the packaging change as well, it also comes with a piece of paper in the bag now. I do not like that they took the color off the side of the cartridge. Not a huge deal, However how we store them is makes me have to look twice during ink changes.

Had the exact same problem its the drive motor for the head. The bearings go our on it. They are rated for roughy 1600 hoursof printing mine lasted almost 3k. Pretty cheap and easy to replace If i remember correctly it was like 200 bucks. Greasing the track helps with the noise as well...
