Thats what I was thinking. I wasnt sure if it was a 6 head unit or not. I thought they were going to tell me 3000-4000 grand but about fell over when they told me they want $11,000 for a machine built in 2004! I had a wanted ad on craigslist and this is one that replied.

Anybody have any feed back on a Roland sc 540? I found a 2004 for sale with high hrs but it had all of the heads replaced in 2011 and then they said they "winterized" it before storing it in their basement. I havent seen any test prints yet but I am interesting in hearing any feedback about...

I forgot to tell you one part.....before you unplug any plugs make sure you unplug the printer from the outlet, turn the power switch on for a minute or so and then turn it off. He said it will now be safe to unplug any connections.

Bob, My falcon jr. stopped working as well and would not turn on. I contacted a company in Florida that helped me to trouble shoot it. He had me unplug all of the plugs from the main board except the switch, power plug and lcd panel. I turned the machine on and it started up which he says...

Did you figure out your falcon jr. when it stopped working? My fuses are good but it won't turn on.

The ceramic fuse on the power board is good and I am getting power from the outlet. Any other suggestions? How do I check to see if it is the main board or faulty power board? Would the display cable cause this problem?

I don't think it is a rip issue because it is also doing it while I run a test print. I think it got out of adjustment somehow. I included some examples of the test print. The horizontal black lines are clean straight lines but the vertical lines are real fuzzy which is making my letters look...

Yes its the correct material I had a few prints before this that turned out flawless. I must have the wrong set up in flexisign because it was definately warm enough today. Is it possible to have the vinyl too hot?
