okay - the problem now is cyan does not come out at all! any thoughts? i've done numerous cleanings - changed ink cartridge - the cyan i took out was hardly used - i just put it in thursday or friday. does not seem to be any ink in the tube from cyan to the head - but i'm not sure.

i think you can achieve what you want by going to the effects menu and choosing to separate the effects - the text fromthe outline...then you can work with the outline and mask the fill.

is the vacuum on high or low? should be on low with banner material. i had same problem and this fixed it.
