halftone here is a sample of what we are needing to print

We have tried that however when we bring it back into flexi, and sent to printer the halftone dots are gone. I am assuming due to the fact that the production manager settings. I can get halftone dots to print by using angled screen but in the middle of transition from red to black, white dots...

Normally we try to avoid gradient halftone dots, however to print current job we need to make a simple transition from black to red with haltone dots being visible. Any advice what settings to use within production manager. Currently experimenting with angled screen diffusion, but can't get it...
