Wow. Well unlike your situation, these graphics are not in our way. They are just sitting on our completed shelf. We just sit other stuff on top of it cause they just haven't been by and haven't called or responded to messages.
Yes they did. Just find it funny we still have their graphics sitting in our shop after 4 months when they said they would come by for it to install themselves.
We had a customer....probably months ago, can't even remember when. Maybe 4 months ago. Out of state but they had two vehicles here in WA that needed a logo made from two specific vinyl colors and installed. Got the vinyl, cut it, called the customer to schedule the install. He finally got back...
This was not a rush job, this was a project we've been working on for a couple weeks and their due date for it was today. I just find it funny when they say they're anxious to get it and they'll be here at a certain time, and they are not. Or they call and say they'll come pick it up the next...
They still have a balance. They ordered in plenty time so there was no need for a rush fee, but there was so much on the order and several revisions. We had the order done a day before they wanted it done.
You must be on the easy coast, I'm on the west coast. They still have not come, it's 2:30.
Yesterday I called at 3:30 saying their order was ready. They needed it by today. He said he would try to make it here before we closed at 5 and if not he would come in the morning. Nobody came, no phone calls. We finally got a call around 12:45 saying that the owner was on his way with a Toyota...
I save the larger pieces of vinyl for cutting small jobs or for quickie fixes. Anything too small for the plotter to have any room for cutting, I throw away. I have a single shelf under the table that has my excess vinyl. The tubes/cores I save for using as take up rolls on the printer or for...
Customer needs job done ASAP. You call them when it's ready for pick up and they say, "Okay I'll be there in the morning." Nearing the end of the day and they're still not here o_O
I love those ones, especially for unlaminated prints. It also is easy for me to get our air bubbles and wrinkles with those ones.
We have the 3M gold ones as well, amazing, but I prefer the ones with felt on one side so it doesn't scratch prints.
