Just a thought, If you are not allowed to remove the signs are you within the limits of the law to ADD signs over the window graphics? Use the cheapest stuff you can find, no laminate etc. The message could be advertise something along the lines of social responsability. Aides prevention...

We have made several modifications to ours and it is now somewhat tolerable. Yes it totally requires two people but it is what we have and it will laminate what we need to laminate. Bon Chance!
