I ordered a 4lb. 12v battery off e-bay last week. It arrived today by way of Media mail. I didn't think a battery was Media mail.

I think the post office has a 70lb. weight limit.

We usually ship Priority Mail or Postal post. I was hoping to use Media mail but printed and cut vinyl doesn't seem to fit any of the catagories. Anybody shipping using Media Mail? It costs less than half of Priorty mail.

How long are you letting the first side dry before printing the second? I let the first side dry overnight.

I had a racer order a set of RTA numbers from me last week. He asked where I get my vinyl as he wanted a roll to do some color change on the hood and fenders to match the numbers. I wouldn't tell him where I get it from but I did order a roll for him....just marked it up 100%.

Long winded customers. We did a small $20.00 job yesterday. When the customer showed up to get the decal he went on for over 1/2 hour about the motorcycles he has owned. I guess I should get my bikes out of the shop.

I second the Crylon (Krylon). I painted some 751 three years ago and applied it to a trailer. Still looks good.

I agree, let it beep and print until the machine stops. Done this with my machine for 2+ years without a problem.

I also do them in 3 pcs. One on right half, second on left half and one pc. to cover the seam.

Do it all the time. A lot of my customers are farmers wanting their truck doors done but dont want to bring them to me. No problem, it's nice to get out of the shop now and then.
