    Why couldn't they form it? Size? There are several that can form that big. You are correct it would need to be screwed to the outside ring. Service doors. It will take a while but it can be done.

    Everything mentioned before was aluminum face on a wood panel. Alumalite is aluminum with a corrogated plastic core. That is why I brought it up.

    Cut it like wood. Wear eye protection. You may have to sand the cut slightly after.

    I love the Java font. If the t thing is a problem just pull in the top a little. It will keep the same look while making it easier to read. Great design Flame.

    Acrylic is usually thicker and it is heavier. I will stand up better and stay more staionary. It also will break easier. I always liked the weight diffeerence for install and service. If is very hard to break the poly. I use poly and put a hanging bar at the top. I have done 8x12 that work...

    If you print on translucent white you should be fine. You might want to print with more ink it seems to make them look better.

    McGill Marketing offers a product called clipsin. It is really nice stuff. It is pricey though. Makes a nice frame around the banner and completly hides all fasteners.

    I have done it. It is not fun but if it is not that old it can save some money. OP it is clear and painted. If you don't know how to paint it back for lighting you might as well price it new from a wholesaler. That is probably what you compition is going to do anyway.

  20. Contact Manager Software?

    Has anyone tried Microsoft Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2007? It looks to do some of these things but I haven't tried it yet.
