Price higher when you see them coming. You don't have to be cheap just less than you start out at. Price high and give them the break they ask for (reluctantly) so they think they are getting a deal and they will be happy.
I send out bulk emails. I got a chamber of commerce list and my customer list. I send about 1 a month and have yet to get at least one order directly from it. I know that is not much but it keeps you on the mind of others as well.
Arkansas doesn't have that code. I would have been busted years ago. Until around 2005 there was not a city in Arkansas in which a sign had to have a UL stamp. There are a few now but not many. The town I live in has around 15,000 people and has no sign code at all. That is odd even for us...

If you notify the customer it is less likely to happen. The whole point is to keep this from happening. So I would always put a line on there what you expect to happen even if it is just to educate the customer on copyright law.
I checked out your Facebook page. Do you think you get much good out of it? I haven't found a way to target businesses with Facebook. Any enlightenment would be great.
I'll work on it some more. Those look great Luggnut. I am far behind many of you on here.
I am not sure on the Napalitos spelling. That is the way the guy spelled it to me. There is a bit of a language barrier I was working with. The way I understand is that the Napol is the cactus that...
