  1. Tricks to designing this wrap?

Have you actually done this? Bad Wrap, etc will NOT do all the work for you. It's typically much more off then templates we build ourselves (vehicle dependent) And it certainly won't do 3D transitions and can not take the curves, turns, bends, etc into account.
  2. Tricks to designing this wrap?

You could also cheat... any of the lines that cross over all the panels could be printed and applied separate from the base wrap.

  8. Grommet Press?

The real cheap ones will break (been there done that). We did replace our last one with a ClipShop and it's been WAY better then the cheapy we had, and it's still pretty inexpensive vs Stimpson and Hiker. We also went with the stainless steel dies. http://buygrommets.com/buygrommets/default.asp

  12. Knifeless Tape

Used WrapCut on this bumper wrap we did last week. Worked great, as usual :) Customer wanted to show some of the chrome as an accent, so WrapCut made that pretty easy.
  13. The Power Bill

Wow... I keep our shop pretty warm. Around 80 degrees or so, running fans. Just can't justify the high commercial bills, even as low as I'm paying now for electricity. Office/work area is around 1200 sqft, and the back shop (non A/C) is around 1400 sqft. Just run a large evaporative cooler...

  15. Alarm Monitoring Signs - options?

I have a client looking for something in the 8x10 to 10x12 size for a yard alarm sign. Curious what the most cost effective substrate and stake options are in your opinion. He only wants roughly 25 or so this time around.
  16. Production Table Top

  18. Will filiment knifeless tape work here?

We were the first in the industry (to my knowledge) to use WrapCut on a wrap and it worked great. It didn't have an official name when we tested it  A few pictures from the first job with it (posted previously) is here!
