  4. Neschen Calypso Breeze alternative?

Anyone know of a decent light weight material similar to the Neschen Calypso Breeze Satin fabric? That product is a 3.5 oz 100% polyester, but our main criteria is weight, then print quality. That or if you know of a great deal on this product, let me know that too

  6. New Tool Organizer... quick shop project

Okay... don't expect to be blown away or anything. Just got tired of our small "office organizer" we used on our cart in the shop and figured I'd take advantage of some down time and some extra coroplast and throw together this little organizer
  7. Specialty Wraps, Brushed Steel Land Rover

Looks good Tommy... would you say this material is much different then the 1080 Carbon then?
  8. Application Tape Application

This is an OOOLD picture, but you can see the application tape holder I built years ago. Similar concept to the Webermade stuff - http://webermade.com/
  9. Perf: What are you using?

Wow... no lam on perf? Cutting life in 1/2 or more, and no viability in rain, dirt getting in the perf, etc. We use Oracal 3675 and Oraguard 290F. It might not be the "cheapest", but that's not what we sell.
  10. The Bad Wrap update

I prefer to do my templates on the customers actual vehicle... typically takes 30-45 minutes to template a customers car and size it properly.

  15. HELP... no yellow?

LittleCharge didn't seem to make a difference. I'm printing a yellow block now... and it's coming out kind of a teal. Will keep it up for a bit and pray! Thanks... and if any other ideas, let me know
  16. HELP... no yellow?

Okay.. have a Mutoh 1304, came in today and Yellow cart showed empty. So I put in a new cart and started a print job. Job came out very dark... obviously something not right. I printed a nozzle check, and all nozzles are there.. BUT the yellow ink isn't yellow?! :omg: It looks closest...

  20. Oraguard 290 Laminate Shrinking Badly

We use the same combo for most of our wraps, and have NOT seen that problem. And yes, Oracal stands behind their stuff better then 3M (in my experience). Hopefully you have gone through the approval process with your materials for their warranty as well.
