    I have the same problem with some open type fonts. They show up in Illy, but not in Flexi. Do your layout it Illustrator, convert to curves and import into your sign program.

    What color is the customer's vehicle? If it's a light color, such as silver or white, fading probably wouldn't be an issue anyway.     Yow! this IS a tough crowd. There are many many sources for vinyl supplies. A good place to start might be your local yellow pages. Look for a sign supply company in your area, call them and they will be happy to sell you the appropriate materials.
