    If this is a directory where different names have been added over a period of time, it's more than likely that you're dealing with different fonts. (Perhaps you can talk them into replacing all of the names so they'll all be the same.)

    The sharpie also comes in a shorter version for carrying in your purse. The longer pen won't fit in my machine without having to angle it, which doesn't work very well, but the shorty will.
