wrapped edges with polycarb laminate is ridiculous.... it will fail faster with that crazy edge treatment than it would with a flush cut.

Just pulled 180c off of some textured plastic we wrapped 5 years ago. We primer 94'ed the entire panel. No failures.

90% of the time we talk them into ACM or PVC. Foamcore just doesn't last.

Total training and classroom in a book are both great resources. The best is sit down with someone who knows it and watch and ask questions. I'm the opposite end of the spectrum, I can dance like crazy in Illustrator, but Corel to me seems clunky and hard to use....

We have had more head strikes with the XR than the XC. Not when using the take-up though.... I just always assumed it was a heat problem. We are playing with settings now.
