When I ordered my Graphtec last year, I ordered two CleanCut blades too. Blades were here before the cutter came in. It's never had an OEM blade in it.

I recently purchased a vector pack from GoMedia, it's just some eps. skylines made in some form of AI. I don't have AI, only Corel X-4, 12. I can open the whole pack, it's nine images I think, in Corel, but I can't ungroup them, because it won't let me import as "curves". Could someone please...

I've decided to quit fighting the Graphtec usb connection, and am going to get the Graphtec serial cable. Question is, if the serial cable is specifically for the graphtec, does a regular serial card work OK with the cable? Or do ya have to have a special Graphtec card?

I've been looking for a carbon fiber fill too, other than the shades, and highlites, are the patterns the same on all of them? I can't tell on this old crappy monitor.

Can anyone tell me if X-4 has any calenders hidden in there somewhere, or WordPerfect? If not, where would one go to get a 09' calender to print? I'm looking for one that I could re-arrange, and add photos. Thanks Mike

Thanks for all the insight, I think it's gonna be the Graphtec, besides being several hundred dollars cheaper, it comes with the stand, which would be another three bills with the Roland. Just need to check with Graphtec, to see if the software is compatable with Corel X-4. Thanks again. Mike

It's a Creation Pcut. If you have Flexi, the drivers are in there for it, if not, you can go to US Cutter forum, and download them there, I think.

OK, from past reading, I understand the Graphtec is a workhorse, but what about the optical sensor, and the ease of setting up a contour cut. I've seen the videos of the Roland Cut Studio making a contour cut, is the graphtec just as easy? This is the main feature I'm concerned with. Thanks
