Why would you change your oil every 2 months?
Why would you trust someone at the bottom of the mechanic chain with your car?
Don't get me wrong I feel bad for you and nobody should be treated like that.
Does your customer request this? We do what I consider a large volume of print/cut decals and have never once had a complaint about raw cut edges. I set everything up with a .2" gap and for us is very ez to hit cutting with just a snap off blade.

If one machine goes down....... WHEN one machine goes down you are still in business. Not to mention heavy ink saturation with full bleed (especially matte) needs to sit before contour cutting.
When things are hopping I have both machines making me money.
typical taking my 3 yr old son out for the treats. I did make what I think is a cool pumpkin this year. Second year for the new carving technique, will never go back.
Try lifting your print head to the high setting when printing on that material.
I don't notice a difference with it in the high setting on any material. If it keeps happening try a different material, its not worth the risk.
I have a customer that had a truck lettered by someone else and it looks very similar to this. He thinks it is some type of mold that is blackening the image. I don't know what materials were used and it was a little over a year ago. I can't disagree with his mold theory and in almost 20 years...
Mother Daughter duo going to make it big with the Cricut. I could tell by their tiptoeing around attitude when they walked in that something was up. And their almost identical flowery paisley blouses (they don't hide the butt)
They wanted a "vendor" for their "larger" projects
After about two...
I don't use Avery because of the DIY sign kits they sell for the general consumer. I used Oracal exclusively for everything until I saw how it held up on my first few jobs.
I really like the Arlon rep and I have used their colored vinyl for years.
I use oracal 3164g for the reasons John1 explained, and its thick as well
Proveer only exists in Canada so it might be a issue ordering trustock
they get 50" rolls for me because of my printer limitations for $120 ish a roll (not 100% sure of my price) from N.Glantz
I have a customer that needs 2 images on static cling and then contoured. He would prefer them to be applied on the inside. I cannot print white so I was hoping someone in here had a company or preferably a merchant member?
x1 35’’ x 17’’
x1 15’’ x 28’’
As always thank you in advance
buy a roll of 1" transfer tape and use that.
If you notice that is how it comes out of the box.
Heck I end up with so much I never touch my roll I just reuse what comes with the rolls of vinyl. When I take it off the roll to feed it thru my plotter I just stick it to the top of the plotter so I...
You amuse me
I never said there was anything wrong with how you did it I just explained why I do it my way. My original post was to inform the op as best I could. If you also notice I said I have a different plotter. I have a mutoh plotter. It requires at least 18" or more of material after a...
Once again Bob you come off like someone who either has no clue what he is talking about or is a "my way or your an idiot" kinda guy.
The first way I described can't possibly get any easier. "Hard way" really?? it's pressing like 3 different buttons. And if you have multiple print/cut jobs...
I have a dif plotter but I assume its the same.
If your using flexi rip then you "save to file" when you send the job
Then import each file (prnt/plt) into production manager.
As far as setting up the file:
If its real small you might array it before you send so you can manage it better...
