should have listened to you and saved a ton of time and emails with sw tech support. they finally came around to your answer and had me do a nvram reset and finally recognized all the pinch roller. now just have to set by settings back. thank you and if I would have known how to do that, I...

And the winner is.....thank you. wasn't in the menu, but had to do a dip switch reset on main board....can't wait to see the bill from sw on the tech support on this one! May have been better off paying the $200 mentioned above! :)

yes. then you will have the laminator already if and when you upgrade. These are really good laminators for the price. I have ran about 10 rolls of laminate through mine without a single problem. Best 2k I have spent in the shop period....

They are helping me some. Still can't get it to recognize third pinch roller though. Getting a little closer!

well, tech at signwarehouse go ahold of me today and helped with some of the problems. explained some to me. looking better. still can't get it to see the third pinch roller. maybe monday! thanks

Okay, so I just put my old mobo back in and the firmware was V3.20SWB...I think the new mobo was V2.0....Where can I get the firmware upgrade? Is there a way to transfer that firmware from old mobo to computer then install on new mobo?

I had to replace the main board in my vinyl express q130. Now I can't contour cut....anybody know of any setting I have to adjust after replacing the mobo? Oh, and I am getting a better surge protector too!!!!:banghead:
