i bought that same laminator. a lot better than my old daige! haven't had a problem yet. contact their number. you can order from them. they are out of florida. that is what i did. shipping and everything was right around 2k for it and it was money well spent!

Yes, the ink is the same in both. I just need to get around the old card reading empty. Does anyone know how to bypass that?

Mine has given me no problems. I got the 65" one with the two adjustments for the roller. I just lower the roller so it is sitting on the bottom roller and laminate away. I absolutely love it!

I am trying to install a version of flexi that came with a printer a bought a while back on a new computer I built. I have the usb dongle and the numbers on it match the paperwork in the box, but when I try to open flexi it says it cannot find the hardware key that matches the password. Any ideas?
