I got my printer hooked up and running today, but I keep getting a "error D Group" when the heaters are heating up. It will heat up to say 34 then just drop to 21 or so then throws the error, then a, b, and c start cooling down too. Any one know anything about this problem? I can restarted the...

i just bought a used falcon ii and am getting a not original ink error when powering up. it does have mutoh cartridges though. i may have enough cartridges to switch them out and see if that helps. any ideas appreciated

okay. finally got printer today and got it hooked up. now i am getting a "not original ink" error. they are mutoh cartridges. any advice anyone? i am researching now. thanks

Oh great, so my fellers rep calls this morning to tell me mutoh has a loyalty trade-in they just started and I could trade my falcon in and save $5500 on a new 1304, he could get me in it for the great deal of about $13,500... not one mention of the pricing. i am calling local company and...

I did the same thing insignia and am still waiting to hear back. Contacted my rep before the holidays and sent a reminder email last week. Got a printout of what I bought from them last year and going to check some local suppliers.

I agree with the price per letter being kinda dated and silly nowadays. I have people come in all the time that have been quoted per letter from other shops though, so people r still doin it....

What did you pay for it? Some guy is trying to push one off on me right now for 3k -- was gonna start looking around to see if this was a good deal or not. If the heads are good I would think that is decent deal. I just needed to be able to print 5ft banners and wanted to be able to print...

It will be shipping by common carrier. He is packaging and I already talked to him about making sure the head carriage was locked in place over the capping station. I will have him print a 2x3 before he starts tearing it down. I will see if I purchase the cleaning cartridges if he will flush...
