i disabled pinch roller detection to be able to use all three for now. I would still like to get it right if anyone knows anything! thanks

I didn't see anything like that, but I did Disable Pinch Roller sensor in background settings to at least get it to where i can use all three now. i would still like to get it back to how it should be though.

will you need to change a setting to choose what model cutter you have? i just replaced mine and it is not reading past the second pinch roller!

will graphtec firmware work on vinyle express cutter?

Let's say I wanted to add a pinch roller...Do I need to do some kind of firm ware upgrade? Maybe that is what I will look into now.

I had to replace the main board after a power surge and now my cutter won't recognize the third pinch roller. When loading media, it will read the first one, go to the second one and then back to origin. Is there a setting I need to adjust? Thanks, Dan

Same thing happened to mine last sunday. Just installed a new main board and all is well....except it doesn't recognize the 3rd pinch roller now... anybody ever have this happen???

Yeah, I am in retail location with nice window to display all of my t-shirts and sign samples.....this week I covered my windows and locked the doors with a note to call for service.....working out very nice. My big return customers call anyway...now I am focusing on getting my money making...

All of the sudden I cannot cut to the vinyl express cutter. In production manager it say cutting and done like it cut, but nothing. It is connected via usb so I switched to different usb ports and even reinstalled the cutter. Still same thing. Anybody have any ideas?!?! thanks

zapper. just got mine yesterday and am removing vinyl from old police car today. about half done. takes a while, but does a great job. hell of a lot faster than heat and plastic razor too!

that's what I was thinking too Gino. I use banners on other fields. This is for adults and have big tourneys there. They want nice looking stuff, so MDO it is. I was just trying to get out of hauling and hanging 7 mdo boards an hour! Thanks!
