    Yeah its a little different for the 3150x2. I/o boards wasnt enough. I shut down the software and started it back up without turning the machine off. and it worked. Now if I want to go back down to 300x600 you dont have to shut anything down. weird.

    I hear ya. Ya we print volume of same size all day. might be 48x72 for a week or it might be 41" x 59" for a week. but whatever it is. its large runs of the same. So A media manager would be good over here.

    One more issue I have sometimes is at the begining of my print on ultraboard. I get a dark streak on the first pass. It goes away sometimes when I clean the heads and dry them. sometimes it dosn't. Anyone got an Idea what causes this and how to fix it?

    Ok thanks I understand. Probably takes some getting use to. I didn't like the Gandi at first. But I know it pretty well now. It runs everyday sometimes 24hrs. It's a machine it It breaks sometimes. Kinda boring tho

    So how is the loading of material? On the Gandi I pop up the pins and set the substrate flush to the pins and hit the vacuum. How is this done on the Vutek 2000 and 3200? someone told me it was like a table saw and you fed the sheet into the printer. Yikes!

    Ok very good. QS... yeah we're more industrial. I run 4x8 all day long. I did 50 sheets in 8 hours. but I have to unload them and load them and clean the panels and clean the heads every so often.
