Thanks for the info. Looks like Vectric's Aspire may be the way to go. Just gotta make sure its compatible with my ShopBot.

There's definitely a way to do it with a CNC router. These guys seem to have figured it out. Looks like the software they use is V-Carve Pro.

Yeah, It does look like its sandblasted. My software is not 3-d capable so I was looking for recommendations on software that is 3-d capable that I can use with my machine.

Definitely the signmaker's fault. You can't blame the customer for wanting the cheapest price. Most business who give into customer's demands for cheap signs won't be in business very long.
