or if you don't print every day/week - just buy a ricoh with gel ink and not worry about it. I let mine go up to 2-3 months sometimes and fire it up with perfect nozzle check. just sayin
couple of things - I use a Ricoh with sawgrass inks and with the powerdriver from Sawgrass colors are very close, you just chose which type of item you are sublimating and it adjust the colors automatically for you - as for the printing to the bottom and up to the handle - had at least 6...

isn't that one of the printers the dongle is tied to the particular printer like the old fj540 I started with - if so was that versaworks ordered from roland for that particular printer? . . . .did you install the sentinal drivers for that dongle if so?
I suppose first I would have to believe it is even possible to restore a solvent head to an acceptable level using any machine - Tried to clean the heads on my first printer when I was pretty gullible and naive, now believe it is just better to pay for the new head. Just my 2c
Welcome- personally I love the graphtecs, had several and never a bad one - cut small stuff incredibly and make weeding so much easier than the cheap cutter I started with years ago.
like others have said above - check the fuses. ink in the waste tank only means that the pump is working not that the head is putting out ink. - pump draws ink thru heads . . .
interesting though - most body kits don't have wood stiffening laminated into them. Had a friend that had to remove the gel coat from his 50' sailboat hull because it was delaminating from the rest of the fiberglass and wood underlayment. was a very very expensive operation. Would be bad to...
