I have had better luck ordering 751 vinyl from Fellers instead of Grimco. Their website does not show availability, but if you call before putting the order through, the rep can tell you if it is available and what warehouse it would be shipping from.

Do all of the foils show up when you look at in palette manager? Could the .pal file have gotten changed or deleted?

See if this helps: At the top of the spot colors palette, there is a button that looks like an artist's paint palette. Click on that. Then click "Gerber Standard Foil Palette" and OK. That should load in all the Gerber foil choices.

The L is really close to English111 Vivace Bold.

Could you gang up the various decal layouts and send them to S365? They have a clear vinyl and can contour cut the decals.

Try this - open a blank drawing board in Illustrator. File/place the PDF file. Then with the placed PDF selected, Object/flatten transparency. Make the settings: High resolution / 100 / Convert all text to outlines. I actually think that I learned this trick from a Signs101 post a long time ago.

Our customer wants their exterior metal door wrapped. We would use 3M180C and 8519 lam. Their maintenance dept will remove the handle hardware. My concern is how well will the edges will stay down as the door is opened and closed over time. Any tips or suggestions? THANKS!
