    The black on the test print has lines missing and out of place. I have done a standard and powerful clean on it and tried to suck ink through it with a syringe nothing has helped. what should I do?

    If it is not digital reflective make sure you wipe it down first. printed on gold reflective once and it had hand prints all over it.
