  1. L25500 Head replacement...or not....

    with my l260,when the machine tells me to change the head, i'll just switch the heads in the machine and then run one or two cleanings. 50% of the times everythings fine. If not, then i'll replace one or both heads depending what the print test tells me.

    I have 6 months old l260 and have had several C-LC failures, but after i started printing color stripes for every print, everything seems to be better. Or at least i think so. No more banding and better colors also. :loveya:

    I use 3M scps-100 for everything, it's also med tack but it sticks to backing paper much better than r-tape.

  11. l26500 Prints don't line up for contour cut

    i have l260 + summa s2 140t, and i found that aslan dpf 09 vinyl works best for me. i can print 4000x1300mm and contour cutting is still very accurate. No need for any straightness optimization.

    I use 3M SCPC100 and it works great.. now i have l26500 but before with roland vp540 the ink transferring off happened because the ink wasnt dry at the same day. I use 1-2 rolls/month (chemica easyprint) with avery and 3M transfer tapes.
