I have used flexi for 13 years and have always bought it or updated it when i need to. In my opinion, theres no need to update it soon after buying it. Monthly fees really suck.

i have used flexi 13 years with dongle without major problems. If my dongle would **** up, i guess i'd crack it until i sorted out the problems. (5 minute job). Don't get me wrong, i'm a paying customer. I allmost did that few years ago when i was fed up with 2 dongles fighting together...

try to clean that printhead few times from image quality maintenance or just change both printheads.. or choose change printhead and try to swap printheads if that helps :)

If you wipe it with ipa, it will accept it. We wiped the whole roll because i needed it and didnt have time to get anything else (and it was for my own van). I think atleast for a year avery have had serious issues with 1005 ea rs and latex printers, and we dont buy it until problems are solved...

I have summa s2 140t and s120d, tangential is much better for small and very thick stuff. Tangential is much slower but when my s120d gives up, i'll replace it with t model.
