  1. Would an S2 T series plotter solve my issues?

I have used s2 140t for 2 years with my hp latex. It's great, i will never ever use drag knife cutter with prints anymore :) My other cutter is s120d and i'm fed up with it. Bought it 2008, and this week ordered new s2 120t. I have replaced (in last 3 years) 2 motors, pinchrollers, cutting strip...
  2. It's Here.................... !!!!

below -22 celsius for 3 weeks here in finland. -34 at lowest.. No rush for outdoor jobs, finally I have time to finish some unfinished jobs which have been hangin for a while.. :D
  3. Should I trade?

    apples have worms :rock-n-roll:
  4. What should i buy?? SWF or Avance

Hi! :) That tension value seems to change all the time when the machine is sawing. Many time / sec.. My bravo's max is 1100 but xts is 1500 spm .. honestly, that 1500 sounds too much. With caps, my max is 800, with flats i use max. Quite often that 1500 spm machine does only 1100-1200. I bought...
  5. Rolls Roller Questions

No need to pay for training session. I bought my first rollsroller 2009 and sold my roll to roll heat laminator right away. (rollsroller didn't have heating roll back then). Heat helps, but isn't necessary. If you are on rush, it helps ofcource. I traded rollsroller to CWT last year and I still...
  6. What should i buy?? SWF or Avance

sorry for borrowing topic, I have had only Melco (xts / bravo), how is those compared to these others? Any opinions? I really don't have a clue, so i'm interested  edit: ****, mine are single head. Sorry
  7. upgrade to v12 from v10

  8. upgrade to v12 from v10

  9. upgrade to v12 from v10

was it worth it? I have 10.5. Is there something new? Something useful perhaps? :D
  10. Warranty is almost up on L360. Should I purchase extended warranty?

After my L26500 warranty was over, I took an insurance for breakdowns, 500euros/year and 500e/breakdown. The next day i took that, my embroidery machines motherboard burned. I saved 2800 instantly (costed 3300euros) Few months later, L26500 scan motor ****ed up. At least here in Finland...
  11. Application Tables

I had rollsroller for about 6 years and changed it to bigger CWT last summer. Both are good, and i didn't want to pay extra 3000euros to get rollsroller. 1700mm wide roller was 17000euros+ taxes, and my 1800x4500mm CWT was 13000euros (something like 177 x 71 inches) in Finland.
  12. Edges coming up

That's just wrong vinyl for wall decals.. Even high tack vinyl can peel up from certain kind of paint.
  13. Application tables

Rollsrollers jun-air compressor was as loud as fridge (screw compressor) so there's no need to play with hydraulics. My CWT's compressor makes more noise, but not so much it would bother us :thumb:
  14. Application tables

I had rollsroller 340/140 (133/55") from 2009-last summer and now I have CWT 4500x1800mm (177,5x70") and i have to say rollsroller feels more robust but that's because of the upper bar above the roller. CWT does it job as fine and doesn't have that upper bar in the way.. and is more user...
  15. New Machine Purchase coming soon, but which one?

i don't know why quoting is not working, but sightline said : HP needs dual 240V 16A circuits (they are pulling 4600 watts when printing) Thats not true. l26500 uses 2.7 kW (printing); 4.8 kW at heating. I have had more than enough problems with my 2 year old 26500 but i still could never go...
  16. The HP Latex 260, the worst printer

I changed the bushings today myself. Right one looks quite funny, last time both bushings looked like that (4 months ago) . I think the carriage is somehow damaged and the bushings are not where they should. These bushings lasted 1500m2 (22 full rolls). Bushings cannot be inserted wrongly or at...
  17. The HP Latex 260, the worst printer

blaaah, after that, clean and lubricate message came again, i cleaned and lubricated and after half a roll same thing happened again. I ordered new carriage rail bushings and will change the upper felts also. I hope that service manual will guide my way :D :rock-n-roll:
  18. The HP Latex 260, the worst printer

The bearings and felts were 4 months old (tech changed). Before that, those were last changed 6 months before that. I've been cleaning and lubricating both carriage rails 2 times in month for the last year. So i'm not missing or skipping anything. Last week when i did that procedure, the message...
  19. The HP Latex 260, the worst printer

heheh, update on my problem, OMAS PCI card was faulty, I took a minor risk and ordered it and changed it. 15 minute job, saved atleast 1000e by doing it myself :) (card costed 480euros) Service manual is your friend with L25500/26500 (also nice and helpful tech helps also) . I changed lower...
