sensor the same thing happen to me too, first of all the sensor doesn't work if the media is printed on. I figured that out. maybe your sensor reposition itself and its at an angle? I had a vinyl wrinkle up on me and the senor broke and it give me undefined so i superglue the pieced...

I have the same printer... I feel for you... I'm still a rookie in printing.. how are you sending you files to print USB or LPT? Maybe change the port? Does it print when you print the color chart and the lines? How old is your printer..

:banghead:What's up, fellow signmakers... Well here is my problem today i printed 2 48 x 96 inch on vinyl material and the size of the prints printed 48 x 105 inch. Has anyone ran into this problem or know how to resolve it.? any ideas will be helpful. thanks

i do it all the time and no problems, same ink. Have yall tried the jstar ink they work pretty good.

i have a 62 inch printer and its not old, I bought brand new. Works great. Make sure you get the right profiles. If you have any question pm me.

save this image as a jpeg or tiff file then try printing a again. This works for me.

something is touch to make the streaks... Lint did that to me.. Make sure you cleaned it pretty good or check your head wiper it may be dirty. good luck.
