    let the machine pull the roll of vinyl or banner when printing.. I've printed 35 feet plus straight with no problems. I just pull the material evenly and works great, before i use to pull and give slack to the material and it would still go off track. good luck

    Falcon Jr Problem

    I had the same problem... The tech use a syringe and alcohol to unclog the dried ink in the line. and it worked great now my problem is printing excellent. Good luck

    Unclogged lines the tech used a syringe and alcholo. thank god that worked, that wierd to have dried ink in the line because the printer is only 1 yr. 3 months.

    or did the sensor laser moved out of position...? Check to see if the sensor is at an angel, this happened to me and I got the same message undefined.
