The manual is usless... Trust me.

I just recently had to deal with this. The problem we had was that the pin on the left side of the Feed table that goes into the chassis wasn't going in far enough. Try pulling the Feed table towards the chassis while pushing the chassis toward the Feed table. That worked for us.

Closest thing I can find is Luzaine-Ultra.

Triplex Condensed Sans Regular is close also.

@sightline Yeah, I thought of that already. But like I said, the manual is clearly showing some kind of material on the bottom roller that doesn't seem to have any backing. So I'd thought I would see if anyone would know. Anytime we laminate both sides, it get real messy. You have the sticky...

I have a question, the manual talks about using the Bottom supply shaft to laminate both sides of a print. Does anyone know what kind of material you can use? I talked to our supplier but they say because it is a cold laminator, that there is nothing we can use. I find that hard to believe...

Have you tried using http://new.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/? That's what I use although it can be hit or miss.

8519 is what we use and we like it and have never had any complaints. We've never tried anything else, but I guess "if it ain't broke..."
