  1. This logo needs help!

Your giant pea look's like and M&M. I'd change the art style to be more like the pod below it. I'd also lose the different colored peas.
  2. Construction site sign

In the past, the company I work for just laid sandbags down on the legs. This is my first time doing a sign like this, but the company I work for has done them before.
  3. Construction site sign

Thanks for the plans jhilldesigns! We might use those in the future.
  4. Construction site sign

I don't deal with the pricing. We have someone who puts the quotes together, I just design, print and install.
  5. Construction site sign

Thanks Gino, I did send the customer an e-mail to ask how high he wanted it. But ya, it's going to look a lot like the one you posted.
  6. Construction site sign

Thanks SignManiac, I was thinking 6 feet, so 7 sounds good to me as well. The legs they wanted us to make are portable though, so they can take it to several sites.
  7. Construction site sign

I've made a 4' x 8' sign for a construction company to put on site. They want it mounted on legs but did not give me a height. What would all of you say is the average height of a sign like this? Has someone done this before? Thanks in advance for the help.
  8. Printing on Metallic vinyl.

Thank you SightLine, I was just searching the forums and found the same thread. I keep forgetting that you should search before making a thread.
  9. Printing on Metallic vinyl.

A customer wants silver vinyl with a black outline around it for the side of his truck. I know its possible to print black on silver vinyl but will it last? Will laminating it make a difference? I'd love to hear from anyone who has done this and has an idea. Thanks.
  10. Can't believe I can't find this font.

Thanks! Yeah, I noticed too how the two n's are different and how some of the letters are straight when others have slight curves. I was just looking for a starting point.
  11. Can't believe I can't find this font.

Never thought I'd have to ask this but.... What is this font?
  12. Hello

    Welcome from MN.
  13. How do you create a curve of a known shape and size in Illustrator?

    You lost me at millimeters.
  14. Rapid Remover/Cut-Thru/Goo Gone supplier... by the DRUM!

Never had a problem with taking off the paint any more than I did with a chemical remover. You could use the drill at a slower speed, it will just take longer. The benefit it is that you take the vinyl and glue off all at once.
  15. Rapid Remover/Cut-Thru/Goo Gone supplier... by the DRUM!

It's actually called a 3m stripe off wheel. Works like a charm.
  16. Rapid Remover/Cut-Thru/Goo Gone supplier... by the DRUM!

We use those erasers you attach to a drill. They work awesome.
  17. What would you consider a "Traditional Font"?

Times new roman comes to mind. Century is another one.
  18. Font frustration on illustrator

Thank you, I've been dealing with this for the past 9 months.
