#2 but I would make it just black. I see a little red in the flag, so either make it color (red, white and blue), or go black only.

Some people might consider me crazy, but I try to design logos so they can be reproduced in a black and white version. In other words, I think it's to complicated.

We've had customers use the Avery Black reflective before. I've heard no complaints. I think your logo would look just fine on black reflective.

We don't lam. The only thing we've seen happen was a cover to the bed of a truck that rolls up behind the cab rubbed on the perf and had worn off the print. But that happened over the course of a year. The rest of the window looked fine.

It's supposed to stick to the paper. Once you've used some of your laminate, you can reuse the backing paper from your laminate as your kraft paper. But I agree with Stealth Ryder, match your media width to your laminate width, then it won't touch the rollers.
