    +1. Dry erase lams need light tension on the roller. They also have a tendency to tunnel if prints are not outgassed properly.

    it was my understanding that the chrome vinyls only allow for 10 to 15 % stretch.
  11. Mounting acrylic laser cut letters to substrate

    if translucent, we use Duraco's clear VHB tape or 3M transfer adhesive. Gemini used to do our letters before we bought a laser. They could have put this on the back of the sheet prior to lasing so the whole back had a continuous clear tape backer to avoid shadowing...

    we went 500 express 5x10 with 8 heads. CMYK LC LM white clear Caldera rip for Mac. we were quoted 4 weeks and I assume it will take a week to finalize financing. We'll also be traveling to Atlanta to take the servicing course.
