Magnum is great, but I recently had some issues with ink not adhering when printed on a Vutek UV flatbed.... I used the regular magnum 15mil. Does it adhere any better on Digimag?

I have it.... I love it.... But, If I was to do it again, I would buy 2 of the 12" models since they are easier to manipulate and hold in your arm.... I'll give you a sweet deal on the big one used if you want it. it's spotless...

you need to do an electronic alignment on the magenta head. Its very simple but you need to be in service mode to do it. Basically it prints a grid and allows you to fine adjust the head and when it fires to bring everything back into alignment. PM me if you need additional help.

we have a multicam machine w/ vaccum table. when we cut small letters, I put two layers of transfer tape on the back of the material and cut to the tape. It holds great. On small letters like these, I would cut all but a millimeter or two with an 1/8" bit and go back and clean up with a 1/16"...

your laminator will be fine. We apply adhesive to the backs of steel skins with ours.... no ill effects at all...
