switch back to roland ink, swab your heads with cleaning fluid, and run a few powerful cleans followed by medium cleans until the head comes back. I used the same inks for about 3 months and we were able to get everything back after switching back.

one more thing...... if you buy Roland's carbide blades, which are a little pricey, they last a really long time. I buy 5 packs of the 60 degree blades and we cut 90% of our vinyl, weather its laminated or just regular cut vinyl, with them.

roland 45deg blades have a .25 offset roland 60 deg blades a .50 offset always cut with heat turned off if you can....

+2 thats screen printer territory. I have a local guy if you still need help. good screen printers can do 4 color simulated, and at these qtys..... cheap cheap!!!!

You can also print to a material like Lexjet and laminate with a self adhesive polycarbonate lam. There are quite a few companies making varying thicknesses of the polycarb laminate. Kapco is one of them...

Joe, Trim USA has a metallic cast overlam that has translucent flakes in it. They don't dull the graphic at all. I have used it with 3M 180cv3 and it works great.

this scam has been going on with banners and all kinds of stuff for at least a year. The really cool one is when they send an e-mail to some other shop supposedly and it ends up in your inbox. They wit for you to call about the RFQ then they get you!!!
