switch back to roland ink, swab your heads with cleaning fluid, and run a few powerful cleans followed by medium cleans until the head comes back. I used the same inks for about 3 months and we were able to get everything back after switching back.
one more thing...... if you buy Roland's carbide blades, which are a little pricey, they last a really long time. I buy 5 packs of the 60 degree blades and we cut 90% of our vinyl, weather its laminated or just regular cut vinyl, with them.

You can also print to a material like Lexjet and laminate with a self adhesive polycarbonate lam. There are quite a few companies making varying thicknesses of the polycarb laminate. Kapco is one of them...

Trim USA has a metallic cast overlam that has translucent flakes in it. They don't dull the graphic at all. I have used it with 3M 180cv3 and it works great.
this scam has been going on with banners and all kinds of stuff for at least a year. The really cool one is when they send an e-mail to some other shop supposedly and it ends up in your inbox. They wit for you to call about the RFQ then they get you!!!
