medium cleans while jiggling the carriage back and forth should do the trick. I suspect you have a bad seal on the capping station and the head is not getting vaccum when running the cleaning. The bad seal probably lead to the dry out of the head in the first place.

we bought the xc and have never looked back. It is a true workhorse and you will not regret it. It paid its self off 90 days after we purchased it.

we had our 30" sp approx 1 year before we bought the XC540. go big ....

the bottom letters are Gemini so we drilled and mounted with posts and pads. The top router cut letters are mounted with vhb and silicone. The vhb held them up til the silicone set up.

I must have missed something.... there is a well know method in the roland community that when you are running a medium clean you can wiggle the carriage back and forth to get the capping station to seal. This will draw ink into the head and cure nozzle drop out sometimes. I highly doubt...

use medium cleans and wiggle the head left to right while it cleans.

may I ask why you are printing on Gerber vinyl???

720 x 1440 on canvas is overkill. The surface is too rough to show the increased resolution.

RGB all the way. The purpose of the rip is to convert it.
