What route does the magenta line from secondary to overflow take? Are any lines pinched on the Igus? What about the brackets on the actual head to secondary tank? Are they loose? Did you have any dropout issues within the past month or so? I can only see this as having some sort of issue...

Get silver 20% one way reflective privacy film for the window and set the lobby lighting up to a higher ratio than they have on the other side of the glass. After some trial and error youll get the right setup, you may have to buy some ballasts and dimmer switches for the non reflective room...

Try setting your dot gain to 20% in your original file and use the embedded profile. Just shooting blind here. It could help Post curing may also help raise your dot gain a little

or negative pressure, or your head to close to your substrate if you have a strong vacuum on your table. The latter has happened to me believe it or not. Raised my head by 0.1 and it changed everything.

Agree.... Besides there are also blocks and meshes(depending on your software) readily available for free on most 3d packages. The advantage is that most flat plane cad outlines can be imported into corel too as a DXF. Dont know about illustrator though. never tried it.

I get this on a UV when there is a little air in the lines. Had an issue with the inlets on my magenta head that was causing dropout mid print. Nozzle tests showed everything fine but if I started printing, Bam. Dropout. The inlet bracket was damaged. Apparently a factory dud. Head was replaced...

Ive seen the JF. Its a nice machine. Just dont like the table configuration. Otherwise the speed isnt really that bad but Ive worked on mimakis before and they are prone to be a little buggy at times. Besides, Rasterlink has too many unnecessary options that could be replaced for better...

Budget is not an issue at this point. We have been at a loss since we've gotten into this area as both machines purchased had technical issues that dont seem to have solutions.

Grain. Like a photograph taken at 1300 ISO. I like solid colours to look as if they have just come out of a spraybooth or off an offset system. Our visibility range is about 30cm from the substrates. About the same distance as a mousepad, so we do need some good quality. Nothing for use outdoors
