Graphtec tech support told me to turn my cut line pattern to off and that has now fixed the issue. A smooth cut line. They replied to my email and phone request in a very fast professional manner.

Our White (Valid Pixel) layer wasn't lining up with our Color layer and the entire job wasn't printing true to where it should have been. There was a nice little hair right on the sensor that we got taken care of and we're back up and running. Thanks for the reply and help everyone
