    Those are a Pita! I'll usually make a new layer behind the artwork just for the bleed. There will always be the corner where the colors meet that if the plotter is off, it might look wonkey.

    I don't think I've ever done it just for fun - I do it when it throws and error and I pretty much have to calibrate to do anything. So, the main power is on (in back)... but you have the power off on the panel (in front)... and you are hitting M while pressing the actual foot pedal (not the...

I'm a producer, not installer... but I find the installation threads fascinating. I Always learn something.

    For an installation only Job... I would think that the pricing would have more to do with time, and equipment than square footage.

    I know nothing about installing let alone pricing. That said........ I can think of a few successful sign installers on this forum that would charge more. A lot more. So, answer to your question... they might hire you at that price and still make money.
