  1. Customer Wanting Design Files

If you cut ties, Say no. Or say nothing. They didn't pay for the artwork, you owe them nothing.
  2. Question traditional wallpaper edge to edge or overlap with double cut?

We print tons of wallpaper, 98% of the time we do a 1" overlap for the double cut. Occasionally the installer requests a 2" overlap. Never has anyone requested no overlap. They are very complex designs though, lining up the panels exactly is critical.

  4. Retractable banner top bar holder

If you don't know hot vinyl's husband... we just contact the company we buy the stands from to ask. Otherwise... the customer gets to pay for a new banner stand. We update graphics in retractable stands a lot. Sometimes they can be reused... sometimes not. Some just need a new stand.

  14. Two Color Touching Bleed Set up

While this is a less than ideal situation of an example... if this was 3" tall... ok. Good enough. Now, If this was 3' tall... I would want a lot more bleed... outside the original graphic. I'm also visualizing a more complex graphic. I've been here, produced it. It can be done, but it's a pita.
  15. Two Color Touching Bleed Set up

you are now off topic to the op... but what you are showing... how would I do that? On the exact trace cutpath, I'd Create an outer stroke set to "x" measurement, and then expand the path, delete the inner part, and there is my "offset " cutpath. Probably smooth out, simplify, the path as well...
  16. Two Color Touching Bleed Set up

I've personally never messed/tried with "offset paths" functions before. As a graphics person before learning to be a production person, my go to is how to set up the artwork "properly". The altering offset paths tools area is new to me, because it never has been necessary to monkey with. Now I...

And to ponder... this is one of the least harmful examples of how far the abuse can go....
