    Profile is important but If you're doing fine type or anything that is going to be viewed up close I choose unidirectional and not bidirectional.

    Since we got a flatbed printing the magnets have been easier. With the media thickness is there any option in your machine to raise the print heads.? But yes the risk of head strikes is always scary.

    I would break the job up into manageable sections that will be good size to cut down when printed. It would be hard to print the entire 150' with all the weight.

    I've come across this from time to time when I would choose a particulate print profile at a faster print setting. It would look great in other areas while in some areas (reds seems to do it for me) would do that weird pooling on the sides like that.

    Let them cure before you laminate the decals, the gases from the ink curing are trying to escape either thru the laminate or thru the media.

    Sounds more like an "OFFSET" setting needs to be changed. Just experiment with the offset until you get it to close.
