the reviews i've read says the track has a little side to side wooble, but other wise is good. anyone use it to cut polycarboante yet?
the tenru blades are about $60 on ebay. total cost over $300 for the set up to cut down 4x8 sheets.
So it took 3 guys to cut 8 sheets of 1/16" thick lexan over a table saw with plastic cutting blade the sheets were put ona piece of plywood to make it easier but it still a pain
now i could make a huge 16 ft long table extnsion but these sheets are so heavy!

for the photos I've just got the 1/16" thick polycarbonate taped in the back.
I was thinking of using WELDON#3 to lap joint the back seam. I would give it about a 1" overlap.
It would be amazing if I could somehow NOT have a seam, but I have no idea how one...
