It seems to be something with the computer because if I unplug usb and turn it on it works fine but as soon as I connect usb I get the error and the material starts moving.

I cannot cut. When I put in vinyl it goes into digitize mode ask for pen up or pen down and then it just runs vinyl. Cannot get the menu up to find where to get it out of digitize mode. Anyone ever have this problem????

Signburst all the way. I have owned mine just over a year and have had no problems with the computer. However I opened an email and got a virus. Talked with Casey over a 2 day period and he helped me get everything going again. Great at machine but even better service and people.
